- Prices shown are per night for
the room not per person. To work out per person divide price by the
number of occupants.
- Special Rates apply to the
Olympic period 26 July to 30 Aug. Please email us with your requirements for
that period. At present we are not taking confirmed bookings for Olympics
because we are in negotiations with a a group to rent the hotel in its
entirety for the whole of Olympics.
-Freshly cooked English and
Continental breakfast (buffet type eat as much as you like!), VAT sales tax at
20% and Service Charges at 10% are included in the above prices.

- Some countries may not see the
British Pound Sign on their screen. Please note the above prices are in GBP
(Great British Pounds) / British Sterling.
- "High Season" prices apply to
arrivals on or between 1st April to 31 October
- "Low Winter Season" prices apply
to arrivals between 1 Nov to 31 March.
- Note *: High Season prices apply
for arrivals between 26 Dec 11 to 2 Jan 12. Min booking is 3 nights.
- En-suite rooms have an en-suite
separate room containing toilet, shower and basin.
- Selected budget rooms, "Semi
en-suite" have shower & basin in the room but their own private toilet is
outside the room on the landing downstairs. Just like en-suite rooms, these
toilets will be cleaned and serviced daily. Please note these toilets are
NOT public or common toilets; they are private, locked and only your room
key can open them. Some guests prefer these rooms for the sake of hygiene and
distance of the toilet to their room!
- A twin room has two separate fuss
size single beds,90cm (3') wide. These beds can be put together to form a king
size bed; please ask at time of reservation if you require this.
- A double room has one double
sized bed normally 4' 6" or 140cm bed. All twin rooms are en-suite.
- A Family Room is one large room
containing a king size double bed (150cm wide) and two separate single beds
(90cm each) - not bunk beds like other hotels so there rooms are suitable for
both children and/or 4 adults.
- Family Suites are two independent
rooms joint by a small corridor / hallway with a lockable door to common
areas. Each room is also independently lockable. One of the rooms is a double
and the other is a twin. Both rooms have own shower and at least one is fully
en-suite including own toilet. These suites are suitable for families with
older children to offer parents privacy and independency in their own double
room. Additional charges would apply for a cot bed or camp bed for 5th
person.
-Incoming calls and internal calls
between rooms are 100% free but outgoing calls are chargeable at very
reasonable prces.
- We do not charge a premium for
one night reservations but please note confirmation is at management's
discretion.
- Single occupancy double rooms are
recommended to those wishing a larger room and larger bed. They are generally
more suitable to longer stays.
- All reservations are subject to one
night non-refundable deposit. Please do tell us as soon as you know your travel
plans could be changing.
- For legal reasons and to ensure no
misunderstanding arises out of mistranslations, this page is presented in
English only. We apologize for any inconvenience.
- Once we receive your request for a
reservation we will calculate the cost of your stay taking into account all
special offers and email you with a price and confirmation.
- Please note checkout is 10:30 a.m.
and check-in is at 1.00 p.m. You may leave your luggage with us from 9:30 a.m.
by prior arrangement.
- All reservations are subject to one
night non-refundable notice and 24 hours notice for cancellation.

resulting in savings of up to nearly
half on our standard prices!
